I conducted an interview with N.K. Jemisin recently for the Nebula Awards site and the interview has just gone live. Much of the focus is on her Nebula-nominated short story, "Non-Zero Probabilities," which is available at Clarkesworld Magazine (if you're still unfamiliar with this e-zine, just know that it's one of the best spec fic zines, print or online, being published today).
I have one more interview that should be posted in the next few weeks over at the Nebula site, this time with novelette nominee Rachel Swirsky. Be sure to be looking for that (and to read her available fiction online).
