For what or whom, it doesn't matter whether or not if I say here (I shall not, except it is a mixture), but I'm in the mood for reading poems, stories, or novels that touch upon that wistful pining, among other elements, that constitute saudade. Can you think of suitable examples? Doesn't matter if I've read them before or not (sometimes the memory needs jogging), but I am curious to see what might be suggested.

Well, you can try to listen to fado which usually talks about saudade.
Thanks for the tip. I've sampled several pieces on Itunes and it's the sort of music that fits my mood at the moment.
I don't know how the translation goes but I could think of Verlaine's Poems under Saturn or Supervielle.
