1st sentence of Amazon description: "When murdered sinners fail to show up in Hell, it's up to Salim Ghadafar, an atheist warrior forced to solve problems for the goddess of death, to track down the missing souls."
Just how exactly does one be an "atheist" in a context where there is no doubt that there are actual supernatural entities running around? ("Yes, ma'am I received your orders. No, I still don't believe in you.")
Maybe this book is the lost book of squirrel erotica you were looking for...
I was wondering the same thing when I thumbed through that. If I had the time and were so inclined, I imagine live-tweeting the book might induce some groan/laughs from people.
As for the squirrels, I think it'd be more torture-porn than anything else ;)
